Ring, happy bells, across the snow:
The year is going, let him go;
Ring out the false, ring in the true.”
Thank you for being a part of my year. From stage to screen, and everything in between, you have been a part of my community. For that I am grateful.
What a year! My nephews Henry (left) and Cal (far right) made their world debuts. My 3-year-old niece Barrett (in green) grew into a walking, singing, dancing delight. Visits to Berkeley and Brooklyn were highlights for sure.
On the career side of things, I formed my LLC and filmed “Topanga Rose” (now in post production). Performing and teaching Shakespeare kept me busy and happy. I had the pleasure of playing Adriana in “The Comedy of Errors” and Margaret in “Much Ado About Nothing” (the latter earned me my equity card!). And the world of comedy continues to treat me well thanks to my extended family at The Second City, iO West and The Groundlings.
Coming up: save the date for Monday January 12. I will perform at UCB Sunset for the first time with “This is Not a Tan” before we return to The Second City for a four-month run.
Wishing you happiness, health and adventure in 2015 and beyond.
Up, Up, and Away!
